General Shipping Information

Spearit Delivery Guarantee - Spearit guarantees delivery of all order shipments to the valid address provided by the customer and will refund the entire purchase price if an order is not delivered within 30 business days of shipment. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address submitted with the order. This also includes shipping addresses that the customer has registered with Paypal or other payment processors. Lost shipments resulting from an inaccurate or invalid shipping address provided by the customer will void this guarantee. The carrier's statement of delivery (Example: USPS Delivery Confirmation) shall suffice as evidence of delivery.

Same Day Shipping and Shipping Deadline - Unless an exception is conspicuously posted on the spearitco.com homepage, Spearit will generally ship all orders recieved by noon E.S.T., on a business day, by the end of that day. Orders recieved on non-business days, which include, Saturdays, Sundays and US Postal Service Holidays, will generally be shipped on the next business day. If we are unable to meet these standard for orders with upgraded shipping, we will notify the customer in advance of shipment and offer cancellation and a full refund.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Free Shipping - We offer free shipping for orders with merchandise totals of $25.00 or more, with a shipping address within the U.S.A., including U.S. terittories and overseas U.S. Military addresses. Free shipping will be via the lowest rate service available from the USPS, UPS or Fedex. In most cases free shipments will include tracking, however, Spearit reserves the right to utilize untracked services.

Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $25 - Orders shipped to addresses within the U.S.A., including U.S. terittories and overseas U.S. Military addresses, with merchandisa totals of less than $25.00, will have a default flat shipping rate of $5.00. Default rate flat shipping will be via the lowest rate service available from the USPS, UPS or Fedex. In most cases default flat rate shipments will include tracking, however, Spearit reserves the right to utilize untracked services.

USPS Priority Mail Upgrade - Shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is offered as an upgrade for an additonal fee. Priority Mail has an estimated service time of 1-3 business days varying by destination. To learn more about estimated time in transit for Priority Mail, visit the US Postal Service website . Spearit does not guarantee time-in-transit performance by the U.S. Postal Service for Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Express Upgrade - Shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Express Mail is offered as an upgrade for an additonal fee. Priority Express Mail has an guaranteed service time of 1-2 business days depending on destination. For most U.S. destinations delivery will be guaranteed for the next business day by noon. Spearit's time-in-transit performance guarantee for US Postal Service Priority Express, is limited to the terms of the U.S. Postal Service guarantee. In any case, recovery under this guarantee, for a late delivery, will be limited to a refund of the customers shipping cost originally paid at the time of order placement.

International Shipping

Spearit offers several sevice options for shipments to delivery addresses outside of the U.S.A. .

Economy International Shipping - Economy international shipping is the lowest cost service offered for shipments outside the U.S.A. . Economy shipping will be via the lowest cost service available from the US Postal Service. Shipping time will vary widely for Economy shipping, based on the destination country and local region. Time-in-transit estimates range from 6 business days to 30 business days.Tracking service for economy shipping varies by destination country. Generally Economy shipping will be tracked while in the U.S.A. . Tracking within destination countries varies and is non-existent in some destination countries. There is no time-in-transit performance guarantee for economy shipping. See Spearit Delivery Guarantee above, for lost shipment information.

Priority International Service Upgrade - Priority International Service is the mid-priced service offered for an additional fee to most international destinations. Priority Inernational service will be via U.S. Postal Service, Priority International Mail. The U.S. Postal Service estimated time-in-transit is 6 to 10 business days, however, there is no guaranteed time-in-transit. Tracking limitations are the same as those for Economy International Shipping. See Spearit Delivery Guarantee above, for lost shipment information.

Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) - GXG is the fastest service offered for international shipping. GXG is available for most shipping destinations worldwide with guaranteed, date specific delivery, which ranges from 1 to 9 days from shipment. A guaranteed delivery date can be obtained in advance of shipment for a specified destination. Before selecting the GXG shipping option, customers should refer to the GXG Country Guide to determine the following information:

  • Country and local region eligibility for GXG service.
  • Days which are not included for calculation of the guaranteed delivery date. Note: U.S. Postal holidays also apply while the shipment is in the U.S.A. .
  • Time-in-transit guarantee for specific local destination. Use the non-DOC column in the chart at the bottom of the page, to determine the business days in transit for the specific local destination.
  • Post Office Box eligibility for GXG shipment.

Spearit guarantees performance only to the extent that U.S. Postal Service guarantees performance. Before selecting GXG service, customers should review terms and conditions stated in the Global Express Guaranteed Service Guide. Examples of common occurences which may void the guarantee are, more than one day in customs, labor strikes and weather delays. In any case, recovery under this guarantee, for a late delivery, will be limited to a refund of the shipping cost paid at order placement.
